About Shahri

Lifelong Lake Tahoe local, independent broker, and your neighbor in Incline Village and Crystal Bay.
Shahri Masters has lived at Lake Tahoe since 1968. The kind of local knowledge she brings comes from living in the Lake Tahoe Basin for more than 50 years.
She began her real estate career in 1988 and soon became a top-producing, well-respected agent within the community. In January of 2014, after nearly 26 years as an active agent, Shahri took a leave of absence to pursue other paths.
For five and a half years she wore many hats, and each one made her more well-rounded and better prepared for her return to real estate in May of 2019. This time she came back as the broker of her own company, Masters of Tahoe Incline Real Estate.
Leadership and Advocacy
Shahri is President-elect of the Incline Village Realtors (IVR) for 2026 and President for 2027. She advocates for personal property rights, property insurance and housing, and she understands the inner workings of state, regional, and federal agencies that affect property owners.

Why Shahri Runs Her Own Brokerage
Independence means Shahri can adjust to best serve her clients. Every transaction is about building long-term relationships and trust, rather than short-term volume. Her clients get a broker who is betting on the same community they are, and who advocates for them.
